MIPA Group takes over FEYCOLOR Group
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
We would like to inform you, that FEYCOLOR group consisting of the companies FEYCOLOR GmbH, Regensburg (Germany) and FEYCOLOR GmbH, Mäder (Austria) have been taken over by the MIPA group (headquarter MIPA AG in Essenbach, Germany) on March 5th, 2014.
Information concerning MIPA can be found at: www.mipa-paints.com
FEYCOLOR will remain an independent company within the MIPA group. The FEYCOLOR sites in Regensburg and Mäder will remain, the brand FEYCOLOR and all products will exist further in the portfolio.
Also your contact persons are unchanched as the complete staff has been taken over.
The integration into the MIPA group for FEYCOLOR means most of all synergies in production, development, purchase and sales in the segments of industrial coatings and car refinishing paints.
We look forward to a good future and a further good cooperation.

RELAMIX© - increasing usability
On 1st June 2013 we did a big adjustment on our colorants.
The newly developed colorants are less concentrated. This contributes to easier dispensing and higher color accuracy.
In addition, with a new white colorant it is now possible to mix the following coating qualities without a white binder.
- FEYCOLUX 364 Brillant
- FEYCOLUX 365 Satin
- FEYCOPOX 535 2C EP High Build
- FEYCOMASTIC 650 PU
- FEYCOPUR 652 HS
- FEYCOPUR 661 PU Texture Paint
These coating qualities are now also available in pre-filled cans. This saves costs for empty cans and waste disposal.

Investment in production
With the purcase of a new Basket Mill from Niemann Dissolvers, the capacity, especially for the production of
pigment pastes and binders for the color-mixing-sytem RELAMIX, has been expanded. To ensure a adequate
cooling of the machine, a cooling aggregate from Single Temperiertechnik has been installed.

On 1st of september two young job starter begin their apprenticeship at Feycolor
as an industrial clerk and chemist.
Feycolor trains in the following occupational areas:

New Release of our colormixingsoftware RELAMIX
The new RELAMIX Release 4.0 is finished and contains important changes:
- Easier to perform updates and the ability to update online
- Price management can be enabled or disabled
- Simplified enable and disable of paint systems
- Additions to the formula prints (for Example, Price in KG and LTR)
Especially by the operation of online updates we can offer our costumers in the future, to work alwasys with the
latest formulas and save the time for a manual update.
The Roll Out of the Release 4.0 starts in week 30. The installation is by your site and is performed by your local
sales representative or online by our IT department.
Our sales team will contact you within the next few days to make an appointment for the installation.

Reference projekt for RELONIT 2C-Carbon coating
The Company CGB Carbon Großbauteile GmbH has finished the artwork Mae West at Münchner
Effnerplatz in order to the Building Department of the Cty of Munich as an project "Art on site" at the
Tunnel-Construction „Mittlerer Ring Ost“ .
For this Poject, the Feycolor product RELONIT 2C-Carbon coating (620-04100-9) was used,
whick is characterized by increased UV- and weather resistance.

Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass die Übergangsfrist für die Einführung des ADR 2009 am 31.12.2010 abgelaufen ist.
Aufgrund der neuen Vorschrift müsssen alle Produkte, die Zink (Zinkphosphat
oder Zinkstaub) enthalten, ab dem 01.01.2011 alsGefahrgut behandelt werden.
Dies muss bei der Eitkettierung und bei den Lieferpapieren berücksichtigt werden.

Inbetriebnahme automatische Dosieranlage
Im Juni wurde die neue automatische Dosieranlage und ein zugehöriges Stammlack-/
Basenlager in Betrieb genommen. Die Tagesleistung der Anlage beläuft sich, unter
Berücksichtigung der verschiedenen Gebindegröße (von 5 bis 30 kg),
auf ca 1,5 Tonne am Tag.

Seit Juni präsentiert sich die Feycolor Website in einem neuen und frischen Design.
Das Angebot konnte deutlich verbessert werden, so sind jetzt auch Technische
Merkblätter und Sicherheitsdatenblätter unsere Produkte zum Download verfügbar.
Ein Kundenbereich mit speziellen Informationen für den Kunden oder zu Produkten
befindet sich derzeit noch im Aufbau.

Feycolor investiert in die Zukunft
Die Feycolor GmbH in Regensburg (D) und Mäder (A) erweitert ihre Produktions-
kapazitäten. Das Tochterunternehmen der Looser Holding (CH) steigert damit ihre
internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Trotz Wirtschaftskrise und rezessiven
Tendenzen im Geschäftsjahr 2009 investiert die im Geschäftsfeld Industrielacke
tätige Feycolor GmbH in die Zukunft. Nach der Inbetriebnahme des neuen 1.300 m²
grossen Logistikcenter im letzten Jahr, erstellt Feycolor nun in Regensburg eine
neue automatische Füll- und Dosieranlage. Mit Abschluss dieser Investition im
März 2010 werden die Produktions- und Logistikabläufe weiter optimiert. Zudem
können Produktivitätssteigerungen realisiert und die Liefer- und Servicezeiten für
die Kunden verbessert werden. „Mit den getätigten Investitionen wird die Markt-
stellung der Feycolor weiter gefestigt“, sagt Tim Talaat, CEO der Looser Holding AG.
