Altstoff
Altstoff ist Abfall, der einer Verwertung zugeführt wird. Der Altstoff bleibt so lange Abfall, bis die aus dem Altstoff gewonnenen Stoffe einer zulässigen Verwendung oder Verwertung zugeführt werden.
